Learn the basics in under a minute
Two ways to add — know the difference
My Inventory tab → "Add Part"
Creates a private part only your team can see. Track parts you own but are not ready to share yet.
Donated & Shared tab → "Add Shared Part"
Creates a public listing visible to all teams on Browse Parts. Choose Lend (returned after use) or Give (free to keep).
Your team's private workspace
Only your team can see this. Track quantities, update condition, and manage details. Parts here do not appear on the public Browse Parts page.
Ready to share a part? Click the heart icon on any inventory row to instantly convert it to a public donation.
Tip: on small screens, "My Inventory" is labelled "Inventory" in the bottom nav.
What the community can see
Everything in this tab is publicly visible on the Browse Parts page. Other teams can find your parts and send a request.
π For Lending β you want the part returned after use.
π Free to Take β the other team keeps it permanently.
You can toggle availability or change the sharing type at any time from this tab.
Tip: on small screens this tab is labelled "Shared".
Connecting teams together
When another team clicks "Request" on one of your shared parts, it appears here in the Requests tab.
Each request shows the team's contact email so you can coordinate pickup directly. Your email is never shared unless you choose to reply.
All teams are verified and require approval before they can share or request parts.
